The mouthfeel is brisk and racy, with enough acidity to handle anything you'd normally pair with a white. A dry muscat from Pantelleria. Very floral with Jasmine notes. On the palate like grape juice - primary and fresh. Finishes dry. Great match with Sicilian Bruschetta and Tuna Roe. A brilliant local dish.
