Feb 15th, 2021This sings ...with Tomme Dolce ( a firm goat cheese from Italy). It has all the hallmarks of a good trocken - bright acidity, minerality etc. .. but such balance and feel inside the mouth that only Donnhoff can provide. A ridiculous value in the store.
