A delicious experience with this Pinot from Donum Decanted 3 hours. Color- clear red garnet. Nose-Cherry red licorice and hints of strawberry spice. Big mouth full of red cherry tart fruit, warm feel in the mouth and a long finish of baking spices and slightly smokey. Tannins present but smooth and could still integrate more. A wonderful delightful and nicely structured wine. A definite way to elevate your day or evening.
