North Coast Sauvignon Blanc

Highly aromatic, I get a lot of flower blossoms, some exotic fruits, and green olives.
Nothing subtle about this one- it's all up in your face. The flavors are quite nice, apple, quince, pear, Stony minerality. but I find the acids a little disjointed.

Ok, grapefruit, grain alcohol, some grass.

Dependable.

Pale gold color. Smells of white flowers and zinc sunscreen. Tastes of oak/butter and tangerine with a bitter grapefruit aftertaste.

Very drinkable and delicious.

Classic and Ok.

Light citrus with slight butter on the middle. Very enjoyable, not as crisp as other Sauv Blanc but a better blend of a Chard and Sauv Blanc.

Eh ... Is wine. Kind of non-descript. A little buttery at the start.

Grapefruit and minerality.

Excellent with risotto.
