My all time favorite wine, this blend is the perfect leather and oak with a buttery finish. Goes great with most red meats, but especially sausage or pork. The '05, '07 and '09 vintages are all excellent, but if you can find the '05, take the time to seclude yourself in a quiet spot so that you can keep it all to yourself! (You'll want the whole bottle)
