Deep reddish tawny. Notes of cherry, herbs, cranberries, red licorice, some white pepper and a little kirsch. Pleasant in the mouth. While not overly rich as you would like to see with La Turque in a great vintage, the fruit is still nicely present with a decent spine of structure and acidity.
