This is a beauty. Drum tight when opened. Bone dry with a nice brioche and oak profile on the nose and palate. Lovely delicate mousse with elements of almonds and broad-shouldered mouthfeel. Incredible presentation and credentials.

damn, but is this smokin’ good from first whiff. Yeasty on nose and palate, bready, lime, apple, just awesome. Not at all oxidized, very fresh and harmonious, nothing sticking out. Very integrated and complete. Just beautiful wine.

Current degorgement. Light and perfect for shellfish and whitefish.

Developed sour cherry and mushroom flavors blend with yeasty notes, tangerine and a slight ferrous quality. Great concentration, with ginger and mineral characteristics in the long finish.

Слабый перляж в бокале не является недостатком. Это особенность Egly-Ouriet. Складывается ощущение, что в бокале шампанского пузырьки-невидимки, так как во рту они явно чувствуются. Волшебный производитель, один из моих фаворитов в Шампани.
