Excellent Chardonnay done in a new world style, but very elegant. Intense gold/green colour in the glass, floral, slightly smoky nose with a toasty palate that includes flavours of lemon meringue, pear, and a slightly saline finish. Paired with a hot smoked salmon, angel hair pasta dish. Solid.

Apr 12th, 2021Oak and Malo. Lemon. Let it open up for an hour and got fresh cut apple and apple cider. Great Chardonnay.
