Surprisingly rich and oily textured. This is hefty and yet has bright acidity. I suppose a bit cooler it could go well with seabass or other oily but mild fish. Very well made, just not for me.

Not shy this white. Ample nose of white boned fruit and butter. Exuberant fruit, ripe, praches and pears. Good body and length, would not hold it much longer. I see it in the ripe California style with good handled oak

Vintage 2019 | solid and reliable | paired with (a bit barbaric?) cheesefondue.

Oak is a tiny bit heavy handed. Used to remind us of Mount Eden.

We had the 2019 Vintage on 12/24-25/23. There were tastes of lemon, grapefruit and pear. Just too much acidity for me. Had that acidic bite. I’m sure there are better Chardonnays from Mendoza
