What a fantastic Barolo!
Intense red ruby color, aromas of red fruits, licorice, violets, leather, chocolate, roasting, figs and prunes. In the mouth it is robust, complex, elegant and quite persistent. Produced in Gavarini, one of the best "cru" and Chiniera is an exclusive vineyard of Grasso.

May 16th, 2017Bit brick red color. Quite well balanced even considering the relatively young age. But the tannins are there - would love to try in several years. Highest altitude of the Grasso Barolos, good acidity.
