Easy to identify this as a NAPA Cab, but disappointingly soft....and I don't mean soft in the milk chocolate and buttery oak sense, I mean almost sweet cherry and soft tannins. The mouthfeel was creamy and I liked that, but there was never the tannin/oak assault that the big reds should deliver. #eponymous #napa #napavalley #napacabernet #napacab
