2019 vintage. Last tasted 1.29.23 (9.3) and 4.7.22 (9.2). Starting to mellow out a bit after 3.5 years and beginning to develop secondary flavors like caramelization and peach pit notes. 10.17.26.

Oct 18th, 20262019 vintage. Initially massive and unwilling. Heavy body. Dropped some (not all) attitude after a half hour of air time. Still solidly on the biggie side after being open 2+ hours. Mongous ripe and just underripe blackberry nose and sway. Some baker’s flavors as well. Hints of sexy and elegance but waay overpowered for now. Perhaps in 3-4 years, it decides to play nicely/dial things in but, currently, no dice-grandma/pa.
