I Really like this one. I wonder how much the age has to do with what I like about it. So even mannered, rich but not opulent. Biting acidity caps off each quaff. More please!

17.5. Savennieres doesn’t get much better. This has more acidity than the usual Baumard or Joly, but lots of fruit, v long. Could hold 5+ years.
