2006 vintage drinking in 2019- color is brownish / burnt umber mixed with burgundy (no pun) Earthy on the nose. Wet soil and mint. You must wait at least a half an hour to taste- On the tongue fresh fruit some red/dark cherries and ripened peaches. The finish is nice and long and tannins are very pleasant not overwhelmingly grippy. Really nice Pinot Noir. Wait! What?? This is is not a french pinot?!!! :P
