We really aren't rosé quaffers, but the Etude product melts our butter. As I have remarked previously, this vintage should have been consumed long ago. But it still has grip and texture. Edges are smoothing out, but otherwise this just floats on the palette with strawberries. We just purchased a case at $8.30 a bottle - whoop.

As far as rosé goes, this is a good un. Almost no perfume to discuss, although we did detect metals and very soft strawberries. It's soft and round on the palette, which is our style of rosé. Finishes with red fruits and mild acidity. Should have drunk this last year. Oh well...

Bright and crisp on the nose with hint of strawberries and watermelon and lots minerality. The palate is also bright and crisp and just a touch on the juicy side. Flavors of cherry blossom and strawberries lead to coppery minerality and crisp acidity. The acidity lingers on the finish with just a touch of fruit. Perfect guacamole pairing!
