Interesting! Reminds me of Chinese food on the nose, like a sweet and sour sauce. Huge green bell pepper. Pyrazines for miles. Some bright black and green pepper, bright cherry, bright red currant. Structure like a classic Chinon. Very cool, green, fun wine.
