Aug 26th, 2018Day 2: plum, black pepper, leather saddle, roses with hints of forest floor and bark. Silky mouth feel with dark berry fruit. Creamy mid-palate. Dark cherries pop on a lingering finish which is well balanced with acid and softening tannin. Drink now with a couple hour decant.
