Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Easy to drink straight out of the bottle. Black cherry, cassis and chocolate notes. Very approachable.

2021 vintage. Jammy, crowd-pleaser. 2.1.24.

Cherry, plum, vanilla, bit of smoke (tobacco/bark?). Great with gamey meats and cold cuts. Great red fruits. Medium+ body, normal tannins making it very easy to drink. Just all around a great bottle.

Probably should have let this one lie for a few years. Enjoyed it nonetheless.

Really nice fruit, well balanced, food friendly, just expensive.
