Bannockburn Pinot Noir

Still holding a bit of garnet, smells of warm wool, carob, and dried cherries. Juicy red fruit, a touch of earth, dried flowers. Excellent acidity. Leather and anise on the finish.

French oak - nutmeg, cinnamon, faint vanilla, light ruby, a mix of black, red, blue fruits, leaves, meat, game, dusty/forest, moderate acidity, moderate to moderate minus tannin, moderate plus body, moderate minus acidity.

Sunday treat. Nearly as good as it gets. Depth of pithy cherries and perfect tannins.

Great color, very extracted, buttery/microbial funk, animal/leather

Exceptional wine with true flavors delivered from the slopes and a cool climate with no chemicals. Well done a great Pinot that has bounce.

Definitive and bold. Creamy without s high or absurd viscosity. A surprise and a winner.

Beautiful. Multifaceted. Nicely balanced between fruits and structure. Dry. Robust. Love it!

Central Otago is supposed to be of the great pinot regions of the world. Lovely, "punchy and fresh". Bright acidity, characteristic of New Zealand
