Bright pale gold with medium bubbles. Lots of brioche and biscuit on the nose and tons of Apple, almond and lemon drop on the palate. This is a dazzling wine, now 8 years old and showing no sign of age. It's a brilliant achievement with vibrancy and elegance plus an amazing affinity with food (it's a knockout with parmigiano Reggio).
