translucent, pale red orange; subtle nose, red cherry, licorice, dried rose petals, orange peel, herbal tang; light bodied, crunchy, 12.1% ABV, some spice on finish, drinks like rosé; blend of 60% Corvina, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Rondinella; 15% of fruit air dried for 3 weeks, 15% stem inclusion, aged 11 months in 40% new European oak, winemaker Andrew Jones; $20

Dec 27th, 2019Cherry aromas, a little oak. Light on the palate, fruity, smooth and subtle tannins. Would be nice with a chill in tbe summer. Fucked this up... saw "cab sauv" on my spreadsheet, missed the 60% corvina. We'll see how this goes with steaks.

bright, light, east drinking. tart cherry, floral and herbal notes, nice acidity. beautiful color. nice with a little chill, but not necessary.
