On the first day open, it was kinda disjointed and woody. Lots of bacon and smoke covering unmistakably concentrated fruit. On day 2 it got more savory and herbal. Now on day three the fruit is gorgeous -- ripe but not jammy. Minty-menthol herbal note with spice and great structure. This is why reviewers who base scores on one 90-second encounter can't be trusted. #lodiwine #snoothvt

Lightly toasted cranberry scone, not too sweet. Comforting medium body.
