Local grape that Elisabetta took over in 2007. Fermented in amphorae with skin contact for 8 months. Very concentrated. Touch of oxidation. Bracing acidity and minerality. Enjoying with stinky cheese.

Lemon seeds, saline, 6 mo this on skins, yet totally clear, very light bodied, feminine. Beautiful. Nourishing (a rare and wonderful thing in a wine--you know it when you see it)

Smooth .... With lots of fruits. Acidity is moderate and very well balanced. One of the best white wines i had in the past months. 😀🍷👍🏼
