This is a very complex wine. Do not drink until it’s open at least 1 hour, or it will taste like cleaning fluid. Once it settles down after breathing, it is a powerful white wine tasting of lemon, tea, and wood. It does overwhelm food, so it is hard to imagine what to pair it with. Definitely a different wine experience.

Love this stuff. Bright, acidic, citrusy with a lot of honeydew. I can drink this all day.
