Enjoy this now, and drink it as quick as you can. The tannins struggle to turn your mouth dry, acid is tight, direct and concentrated. It gives you the full effect of juicy dark cherry and totally pops.

Single vineyard on gravel and sandy pebbles, aged on skins 8 months in amphora and then a few more in old casks. Still super young, very tight tannins and bright acid. Will age for quite some time!
