Jun 16th, 2016Amazing. White flower, honeysuckle, grey pepper, clove. Outstanding body, smooth mouthfeel, no bitterness. Exactly what I look for in a Gewurtz.

Apr 27th, 2015Aroma of bloomy rind goat cheese, like a crottin, but that gives way to lychee and jasmine. The flavor reveals the 14% alcohol content which delivers a lingering warming spice. Also reminds me of a well fermented sourdough starter, with underripe pear and green apple notes trying, with some success, to shine through. A very interesting wine, would buy again. My wife and I are having fun with it as it tickles our taste buds alongside pork stir fry.
