Color of light gold. Nose is very nutty in the beginning, reminding me of freshly roasted peanuts. Then some hint of minerals, a touch of fruit note, and actually some fermented cabbage. Taste is a bit light with zesty citrus note, some floral note, spicy nutty note on the rim of of tongue. Aftertaste is dominated by this spicy and bittersweet notes. Overall, she is on par performer.

Medium to pale yellow, delicate, floral nose, lean, bright, tart, mild citrus, very pure and clean, no oak, much improved with warming to room temperature. Mineral note emerges with warmth. Supple finish. Very nice. $15
