Classic example, a pity it was so young

Tannic and closed tight on palate and not showing fruit or depth. no finish tannic. Modern but nice. Opens with time. Will be nice.

Stewed red fruits. Musky. Cardamom cumin, smoothe texture. Rich, dried fruits.

Traditional in style - higher VA, chalky tannins but amazing rose notes. Would be intrigued to see this in 7-10 years.

Clear, day bright and medium garnet , medium concentration and medium plus viscosity.
Clean, medium plus intensity aromas of red cherry, plum, red berry, dry figs, violet, mushroom, wet clay.
Dry, medium plus body and medium plus alcohol, medium acidity and high tannin, medium finish and medium complexity. This wine is typical style, good aromas. $465

Quite nice. Double decanted two hours before another decant and service. Young, dense, but highly perfumes

This is really good. Might be even better in a few years.

Yummy barolo, easy to drink, soft tannins, good structure

Lighter than expected and served slightly chilled. Red fruit

Pronounced Rose and wood on nose, red and darker fruit on palate with touch of heat but in balance. Typical characteristics, tar, earth, olive, fig, this has great future. 2006 in magnum, pop and pour. With a few years and or a decant this would have been even better.
