Waxy green pear, light wild flower honey notes.

Ripping acid, super minerally, and a waxy texture. Geeky and weird!

Slightly corked unfortunately. Can sense some stinky Loire wet Stoney earthiness underneath and nice acid balance. Not gonna rate it.

Searing acid aroma that softens as it breathes; over-ripe pomelo/grapefruit scent and flavour which faded on the second day into old book/church. Browned butter, melon and nuts. Slightly honeyed opening with a mineral and tart finish. A bit unusual - i didn't like it on Day 1 but really enjoyed it on Day 2!
