Fresh vivacious brut.

Lemon meringue, wet wool and fresh cut flowers on the nose. Bright sweet & sour lemons, (Lemonheads) underripe tangerine with peel, gava/papaya, chalky edgy mineralogy, bright slightly fizzy acidity with a decent finish.

Peaches and pears and nectarines oh my! Stunning Chenin Cremant- 👍👍

Beautiful, ripe nectarine and red apple, good structure and a strong backbone of acid, richly textured. Fragrant. Pleasing. Lemony finish.

Brwad yeast on nose at first, bruised apple, vibrant and laser clear on palate

This is a killer Chenin Blanc crémant that will give many Champagne a run for the money. Crisp acidity, pleasant yeasty tones and crisp apples. Delicious!
