Nothing fancy but went well with red curry moules frites! I was the only one at the table drinking bubbly so had to work with what they had BTG. It was actually better than I expected — red berries and a nice dose of yeast. 🍾

Subtle toast, peach and strawberry on the nose. Ripe peach artificial strawberry, med acidity and somewhat of a short finish on the palate. Easy drinking.
