Very light body, light but balanced tannin and acid, not much fruit, major flavor is the minerality characteristic of the volcanic Sicilian soil.

Funky, vibrant rosé (or pale red? Grapes are fermented with 10 days of skin contact, so this is not a standard rosé) by revered Belgian winemaker Frank Cornelissen, the Dom Perignon of natural wines. Blend of white varieties Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia and red Nerello Mascalese from Sicily’s Mount Etna. Lightly effervescent. Ripe strawberries, red apple, grapefruit.
