Pinotman /// Andreas

Not really memorable. No formal notes. Typically I like this producer as he is still reasonable in price. But this rendition did not convince.

2023 vintage. Light-medium body. Initially pretty nose and flavors without trying-spearmint, raspberry, strawberry. Those impressions remained but dwindled with importance as rhubarb, clove and dark cherry steadily drifted in. A little substrate/carpet of dried earth that gradually gained strength. This is so youthful; a good 2-3 years necessary to even begin to speculate as to the ceiling and direction. 05.18.25.
