Fourchaume- best of the premiers. Citrus and creamy, still young, had with grilled shrimp.

Distinct lemon on the nose. Tasting, more citrus, but pleasingly mouth-coating, even creamy, with subtle mineral on the finish. No real expert, but Fourchaume is second only to Les Clos in my mind!
