Belle robe rubis foncé. Un nez médicinal, camphré et iodé avec en plus du tabac, des fraises et du chocolat. La bouche est aussi dans la pharmacie, c'est agréable, moyen-long, une bonne acidité. Rien de spectaculaire, on a vu des Zinfandels moins cher et meilleur. Composé à majorité de Zinfandel (81%) de St-Helena (White Barn, Molinari et Gonzales vineyard) d'une touche de Petite Syrah (10%) et de Carignan (9%). Le tout en agriculture biologique. J'adore l'étiquette.
