Succulent black cherry, plum, chocolate and spice are all front and center in this radiant, yet mid-weight wine. Deceptive in its mid-weight structure, the 2015 has quite a bit of tannin that needs a few years in bottle to resolve. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, April 2018)
