Heavenly. This opened up after three hours into a complex lengthy balanced gem. Lush cherry and fruit with lots of back end tar and earth. Smooth on the front end with grip at the finish. Loved it!

Aug 6th, 2017As expected, the meal built to a crescendo with a glorious beef dish accompanied by the 2001 Sperss from Gaja. As much as we enjoyed the earlier offerings, the Gaja Sperss is next level, 7th degree Black Belt stuff.
