Absolutely a stunner! Was worried I was rushing into this one. I have been holding for five+ years and while it’s in the drinking window - it is young. Well make no mistake - it is more than ready. Bright, full of cherry, tar and licorice. It was great from the word go. Long finish. Decanted but it opened very easily and quickly. Wonderful with Moliterno cheese. A more than capable pairing with homemade bucatini. So looking forward to the next bottle!
