Tar, rose petal and earth. Dark, focused fruit with hints of licorice and truffle. Deep structure with lots of tannin. Truly coveted expression of Nebbiolo. Stainless fermentation of tree weeks, 12 months in barrique finished with 12 months in large oak casks.
