Really nice Russian River Chardonnay, elegant smooth and sophisticated with lovely notes of grapefruit, citrus blossom, mineral and hints of light butter and oak, round , smooth body with lovely balanced acidity and a splendid finish. A bit of an old world burgundy style. Lovely my score 90, drink to 2021

Very light nose with some river rock and a touch of oak. Mouth is lemon curd, kefir lime and light oak that would satisfy an non-fussy sauvignon blanc drinker.

Coravin'd a glass. Opens with a buttery nose but it's much more acidic than buttery. Nice fruit notes of Key Lime and peach. Somewhat of a longer orangey finish. I liked it better less chilled.

It tastes like the Russian river valley with a balance of acidity, minerality and slight vanilla.

Loads of lemon square citrus and butterscotch. Not a crazy acidic bomb. This stays in your mouth for a long vanilla finish. Perfect pairing with a buttery shrimp scampi.

Most of the Farrell wines really do strike a very nice balance between buttery and acidic. This one is no different. Definite notes of butter, but also has a more acidic and tart side. The wine poured a medium straw color into the glass. The nose was butter and honey. Quite nice, actually. The entry was immediately more of a softer, full bodied, rounded edged wine that was all butter up front. Melon and mango abounded through the middle of the wine and finished with a lot of sharp acidity. This wine is insanely young. I felt that this one really could have used a 1-hour decant, and probably was murdered tonight, but it was the best option in a cellar of red wine when the chef calls for a white! Drink with a lot of bottle decant, or hold for 1-2 yrs before opening.
