Gotta love the purchase price. Deep Ruby color with a garnet rim. Classic Northern Rhône nose of roasted meat, dark and sour red fruits, leather and black pepper. Truly haunting perfume. Delicate yet powerful palate, with integrated tannins that could hold this wine together for a while. Softened in the glass as the night went on. Long finish. Magnificent.

Aug 10th, 2018Garnet color with a slightly orange rim. Very rustic nose of roasted steak, leather, dark fruit and spice. Balanced body, integrated tannins with the rustic character lasting through the finish. Very long finish. Quite the unicorn wine.
