Delicious, especially as it warms. Notes of cranberry and Farmers market cherries.. A nice toasty leesiness as it warms with a robust mouthfeel. Love the balance of acid, fruit, and toast. Great bubbly from GC Bouzy - 90% PN, 10% Chard.

Casual wine club with friends tonight over a steak dinner. My wife & I supplied the wines, our friends hosted and cooked. . I thought this was a decent selection but ended up making the assessment that I’d gladly spend just a few more dollars to get something more balanced and uniform. This felt like it didn’t quite know what it was trying to do or who it was trying to be. Bigger more rich body but not quite balanced or precise.

Very pleasant champagne. Not as much of a butter (Chardonnay) finish as Veuve or other champagnes commonly sold in he US. I really enjoyed the lighter/crisper finish. Enjoyed this with scallops and crag cakes.
