On the nose, lemon, wet stones, and a floral character are present first. Drinks with that classic chablis chalky minerality. As the wine opens up, there are notes of honey, apple, peach, and a distinct ocean minerality. Finish is a nice lingering touch of sweet and salty lemon. Hard not to keep sipping on this.
