Soave Classico Garganega

A fun, typical Soave. Kaffir lime leaf and a nice bitter almond finish.

Lemon, lime aid, green apple, under ripe green melon, chalky and mineral driven finish.

Wonderful with scallops,duck and lamb. Delightful. Not too sweet or to dry.

ソアーヴェの中で群を抜いて旨いジーニの作ったもの。ミネラリーで切れがあるシャブリのようなイタリアワイン。また飲めてよかった。実感熟成香も感じた。

Smooth apple, not to much acid

Really like this Soave,better than any I can remember.

My top favorite white. Nice and light with just a touch of sweet and you can really taste the grapes.
