Decanted for 30 min. Light elegant nose, some berries, some underwood, taste is again very elegant, not any long aftertaste, thrilling but not mindblowing, still two more, hide for 5 years maybe or just drink😇

Utterly classic with the purest and cleanest flavors of cherries, flowers, and a bit of prosciutto to make this Barbera and not Nebbiolo. Changed over 3 hours, and started showing cloves, other sweet spice, and citrus zest. Very aromatic. My favorite barbera.
