Méthode Champenoise Carneros Sparkling Blanc de Noirs

Strawberry, cherry, yeast on the nose. Somewhat fruity. Note taking: 92% Pinot Noir and 8% Chardonnay. 17 months en triage....

Refreshing and bubbly for a gal that’s not super into these wines usually. Happy surprise!

Rose gold...almost orange. Strawberries and cream on the nose. Sour strawberry and lime on the palate. Not much structure/progression but a fun easy drinker.

Funky mushroomy yeast smell, but on the tongue there's strawberry, orange.

Second favorite of all of them. Like blanc de blanc better but this is good too.

An inexpensive and very drinkable bottle. On my list of house bottles.
