This is a nice Israeli Cabernet.
Entry level for this winery, but still a good starting point.

Inky in color with a wide purplish rim.

Fruity on the nose with vanilla, blackberries, blueberries, plums, cherries, sweet candy, cloves, licorice, black pepper and bitter almonds.

Fruity on the palate with plums, cherries, tobacco, nutmeg, cranberries, black pepper, dark chocolate and spices.

Full bodied with nice acidity and nice legs.

Medium finish with soft tannins and black pepper.

This is an easy going, easy drinking Bordeaux style red made from
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.

Paired it with stuffed zucchini Which was great together.

14% alcohol by volume.

A great introduction to wine from the Holy Land. The high elevation gives a balanced tannin structure. With a dark cherry, and hint of pepper finish, this wine can handle any type of meat or cheese.

I must have gotten a bottle that oxidized because it was not good at all. The nose was sweet and acrid. After breathing for 3 hours it still tasted like sweetened grape juice. I wanted to like this but not my thing....at all.
