Aug 13th, 2014Not quite feeling this one tonight. Very understated for a Cab. Has a very long finish but a little too understated for my taste tonight. I have a feeling I might like this a little better on day 2. Yup, better the second day.

Apr 10th, 2015Vigorously decanted for two hours to unwind this youngin' a bit. Brought out great dark fruit and bramble, accented with black peppercorn and cedar. Dark, ripe plums greet the palate, with juicy blueberries and blackberries carrying the front palate. Black currants give way to subtle hints cremè de leche and cocoa, finishing in chicory root, walnuts, and an unforgettable acid not often experienced in Cabernets.
