Apr 4th, 2016Bacon fat, subtle garrigue. This was quite disjointed and hot at first. Took some time (not decanted) to become more harmonious. That said, it was still hot and never really sung. However, if I were at a bistro and they served me this with steak or lamb, I'd be over the moon.
