Nice ruby color with notes of purple. Plum and raspberry on the nose, with strong alcohol. Lots of spice and fruit, but the alcohol is too overpowering. Even after a half hour it's not getting better. I can taste some interesting spice character, but it is completely overshadowed by the alcohol. What a pity. For $30 I'd rather buy Quivera or even Ravenswood for half the price.
